How to Join Survivorship or Renew Membership
The rates for Survivorship membership are on a sliding scale based on ability to pay: $25.00 to $50 for an electronic membership, $35.00 to $70 for a regular mail membership,with an extra $6.00 in Canada and $12.00 for countries other than the US and Canada, to cover added postage.
We suggest that health-care professionals contribute $35.00 toward gift memberships.
As costs for mailing and duplicating go up, we hope that some of you will be able to help out by increasing your membership contribution. If you cannot do so, you are definitely welcome to continue at the current rates.
Remember that we have full and partial gift memberships!

1. First, choose a membership type. Regular members receive the Survivorship Journal by regular mail. Internet members read it on our web site. All members who have e-mail addresses receive the Notes by e-mail. Others receive it by regular mail.
Both Internet and Regular Members receive a password so that they can use the Members Only section of this web site. Message Boards, all back issues of the Notes, and four back issues of the Journal are available in the Members’ section.
2. Then choose a membership category.
$35.00 – $70.00 Regular Membership, U.S.
$41.00 – $76.00 Regular Membership, Canada
$47.00 – $82.00 Regular Membership, other countries
$25.00 – $50.00 Internet Membership (all countries)
If you are a professional, we suggest that you donate $35.00 to support gift memberships for low-income survivors.
There are also full and partial gift memberships available. Write email@example.com for information.
We truly appreciate donations so that we may offer support to survivors who are unable to work due to the after-effects of their abuse and to survivors who are imprisoned. All donations are tax deductible. We are a 501(C) corporation.
3. Decide whether you want to pay by check, money order, or PayPal. PayPal accepts charge cards.
