John Trautman, Treasurer: I am a husband (30+ years) and a support person to my wife an incest, SRA, government, medical experimentation... survivor. A father to a son that is still living at home, while earning a Master's degree in psychology, to specialize in working with trauma and abuse survivors; while simultaneously owning my own business, John-Of-All-Trades. I know for sure that God's calling in my life is to help, heal, encourage, love, and de-program survivors of extreme abuse. My wife & I have a long term goal of purchasing property, having a community of staff live there, and create a safe, holistic approach to welcome survivors to visit and vacate, or come and stay for holistic healing. |

Shamai Currim: I am Shamai Currim PhD., a healed survivor and therapist. When I began my healing journey, Survivorship was there for me. I borrowed the newsletters from my therapist's office and learnt that I wasn't alone. As I healed, I wrote poems that spoke to my process, and Survivorship gave me the voice I had never had. Today it's "give back" time. I'm pleased to be part of a team that cares, volunteers that are willing to give of themselves to make this a better world. Survivorship continues to be there for you, just as it was for me, because people care. To find out more about what who I am, and to read some of my poems, visit www.hourglass.net/tritherapy |

Volunteers
Bonnie Bazill-Davis: Bonnie Bazill-Davis delivers life-saving messages about child abuse awareness. Through her speaking and training business , Speak Out Services , she has reached thousands of youth-serving professionals who want to recognize and prevent child maltreatment. Her creative presentations incorporate props and humor mixing the serious and the silly to educate, engage, and empower audiences to act on behalf of children. She is a former chemical dependency counselor and current certified trainer for the Ohio Child Welfare Training Program. However, facing her own experiences as an incest survivor has given her presentations a powerful and unforgettable "real-life" perspective. Working a strong program of recovery over many years, she has achieved peace and healing from a disturbing past. Bonnie is a member of the National Speakers Association and an avid Toastmaster. She is a competitive speaker having participated in Toastmaster's motivational and humorous contests resulting in a state-level championship with a ground-breaking speech on sexual abuse. In 2006, she ultimately ranked in the top 18 speakers of the worldwide communication organization with over 250,000 members. But by far, she considers her most important speaking role in life as that of mother, advisor, and periodic nag to her two school-age children and husband Steve of 25 years. |

Kitty Downey: My husband and I live in old woods with pets and lots of wildlife. I grew up in several states in America enduring sadistic violent incest, mind control, hypnosis, amateur programming and some kind of government research/testing. I want to help others and myself heal and help break family cycles of abuse,. Because Survivorship is important in my healing, I started volunteering last year as a webinar presenter and Journal editor.
Most of my business career was as a CPA and business owner. Because of medical issues, my work now is volunteering. I enjoy photography, singing in my church choir, and grandchildren (their parents too!)
